What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in to the apartments can be done from 15:30h and the check-out must be before 12:00h.

What is the capacity of the apartments?
The studios can accommodate up to 4 people and the apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. During the booking process you will be able to choose the one that best suits your needs.

What equipment do the apartments have?
All of them have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. In addition, they all have air conditioning, bathroom with toilet with flushing system, tables, chairs and stools.

Is the best price guaranteed when booking through the web?
Yes, on our website you will always find the lowest price compared to other agencies and search engines.

Is it safe to book through the web?
Of course, we work with external companies that guarantee the security and confidentiality of online payments.

Are there discounts and advantages for booking through the web?
Yes, we always offer the best price and, in addition, several advantages and discounts that you can only enjoy if you book through our website:

• All available apartment types, with capacity between two and five guests.
• 10% discount compared to other online sales channels and online travel agencies – check it out!
• More flexible cancellation policies than other sales channels.

By booking on the web you will be able to take advantage of more advantageous cancellation conditions than in the rest of the channels?

SYes, the cancellation conditions on the web will always be more beneficial. They are as follows:

• General cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations out of date, the first night will be charged.
• Special cancellation conditions in high season (Easter and from 15 June to 15 September): Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s stay will be charged. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.
• Payment conditions: The first night’s stay may be charged as a guarantee of the booking at any time after the booking has been made.

How do I book access to the spa area?
You can book your private access by adding it as an extra when you make your reservation on our website. First you will need to confirm your booking and, once confirmed, you will be given the option to add your access to the spa area.

If you choose the romantic or family experience, access to the spa will be included in the price.

How much does access to the spa area cost?
The price for private use of this area is 60€/two people, 70€/three people and 80€/four people.

Can the spa area be booked privately?
Yes, access is for 1 hour and is completely private.

What is the spa area like?
It has a sauna, whirlpool bath, hot beds and mist shower.

Is the car park for the exclusive use of the clients of the apartments?
Yes, it is exclusively for the use of the clients of the apartments and Hotel El Puerto, our other accommodation located next to MundakaPort.

What is the price per day?
Outside the low season, the car park costs 20€/day. During the low season you can use the car park free of charge by booking through our website.

Where is the car park?
We have parking spaces in two car parks. One is located 100 metres from the apartments and the other is even closer, 50 metres from MundakaPort and the hotel.
